25 Apr 2024 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Bristol in the Civil War Bristol was attacked twice during the English Civil War. This tour will trace the course of the first attack, by Prince Rupert and his Royalist forces, in July 1643. There is a surprising amount of extant evidence hiding in plain sight and the route will trace the course of the defences as we cover the fast-moving events of the day.
There will be a charge of £7.00 per head, and spaces are limited to 20 per tour. Each tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. If you would like to find out more, to reserve a place, or simply to be added to the mailing list for future tours, please email Richard at firstname.lastname@example.org
